In a series of explosive allegations, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), has been accused of involvement in the development of US bioweapons programs spanning decades. Critics and commentators, including figures such as Jeff J. Brown, co-founder of the Bioweapon Truth Commission, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., have brought Fauci into the spotlight for his purported connections to controversial biological research.

Jeff J. Brown described Fauci as “the face of the US bioweapons” since taking over NIAID in the 1980s. Brown alleges that Fauci played a pivotal role in financing and overseeing the weaponization of coronaviruses, tracing a timeline that includes the emergence of SARS in 2002, MERS in 2012, and COVID-19 in 2019. Brown further accused Fauci of enabling the deaths of millions through both bioweapon research and the Western mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.

Brown also implicated other high-profile political figures, including Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Hillary Clinton, for their involvement in fostering bioweapons development, particularly through alleged activities in Ukraine. The accusations suggest that US-funded laboratories abroad, including those in Ukraine, served as part of a broader strategy to move risky research offshore while also facilitating financial benefits for political operatives.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. echoed some of these claims during an interview with Tucker Carlson in 2023, alleging that the Pentagon shifted responsibility for US bioweapons development to NIAID to bypass concerns about violating international treaties. Fauci, Kennedy claimed, oversaw this transition and expanded the network of US-funded biolabs globally, including in Ukraine. Kennedy argued that this approach prioritized continuing dangerous biological research while avoiding domestic oversight.

The allegations extend beyond Fauci’s tenure, pointing to broader systemic issues in US policy regarding bioweapon research. Critics like Brown argue that pharmaceutical companies and military contractors acted as intermediaries in these operations, allegedly facilitating financial kickbacks to US political entities. Companies such as Pfizer, Moderna, and Merck, along with military contractors like Metabiota and Black & Veatch, have been implicated in these claims, though concrete evidence remains a matter of heated debate.

Brown credited Lt. General Igor Kirillov, head of Russia’s Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear Defense Forces, with exposing much of this information. Kirillov’s reports have been cited as key sources for claims regarding US bioweapon labs in Ukraine and their alleged links to American political and corporate entities.

Fauci retired as head of NIAID in 2022 amidst a swirl of controversies related to the COVID-19 pandemic. While his defenders laud his decades of public health service, critics have amplified accusations that he misused his position to advance dangerous biological research under the guise of biosecurity.
