An explosive report by Real Raw News has alleged that a Ukrainian assassin was killed in Alaska just days before a planned meeting between former US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The summit, reportedly set to take place at a still-undisclosed venue in Alaska, has been the subject of intense secrecy — and, according to the outlet, possible attempts at sabotage.

The incident took place on Sunday evening in the small city of Wasilla, population roughly 3,000, when soldiers from the US Army’s 10th Special Forces Group raided a bungalow near Lake Lucille. Their target was identified as 42-year-old Stefan Orestovych, a resident of Kyiv and former operative within Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence. Orestovych, who had served for over a decade in the Ukrainian army’s Special Operations Forces, was described as a highly trained sniper.

According to Real Raw News, Special Forces had been tipped off by Russian intelligence services, with the FSB reportedly warning President Trump that a “skilled and notorious” assassin had successfully entered Alaska. The suspect is said to have arrived in the United States on 5 August using expertly forged travel documents, before renting a small cabin in Wasilla under an undisclosed alias. He allegedly paid in cash and kept a low profile, leaving his accommodation only twice daily to eat at two local restaurants.

Joint surveillance was carried out by US Special Forces and the Secret Service, who tracked Orestovych’s movements over several days. Sources cited by the outlet claim there was disagreement between the two agencies over who would carry out the arrest, with President Trump himself reportedly deciding that Special Forces would lead the operation.

On the evening of 10 August, the military team surrounded the cabin and attempted to subdue the suspect. An initial attempt to deploy a CS gas canister failed when the device malfunctioned, and Orestovych allegedly drew a pistol from his waistband as soldiers stormed the front door. He was fatally shot by multiple soldiers on the scene. A search of the property uncovered two Sig P229 pistols, a Daniel Defence DDM4 rifle fitted with a scope and suppressor, and the forged passport used for entry into the US.

While the precise target of the alleged assassination plot remains unknown, speculation persists over whether Trump, Putin, or both leaders may have been in danger. The report states that the summit’s location remains classified, with details known only to a small circle within the Trump camp and the Kremlin.
