Russian political strategist Alexander Dugin has issued a stark warning that the collapse of Iran’s military resilience could directly endanger Russia, urging immediate “real patriotic reforms” to prevent the country from sliding into unpredictable instability amid rising global pressures.

Dugin claimed that Russia’s allies are being “systematically destroyed one by one,” framing the current geopolitical situation as a direct threat to Moscow. He argued that efforts to portray domestic life as stable and normal have reached their limits, no longer concealing the scale of external challenges facing the country.

The strategist linked Russia’s fate to the endurance of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, suggesting that if Iran holds, global developments might tilt against Western powers. However, he warned that if Iran collapses, Russia could become the next target of intensified isolation and confrontation, with potentially severe consequences for national security.
