Sir William Ivor Jennings (1903–1965) was a distinguished British constitutional lawyer, academic, and one of the principal architects of the Constitution of Ceylon (Sri Lanka). He served as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ceylon and later of the University of Cambridge.
